Programs Many students are already working in food service, and complete their studies on the side. Your training includes a minimum of 120 hours of classroom instruction, backed up by at least 150 hours of hands-on practice in dietary management. Four core courses cover foodservice management, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, human resources management, and food safety/sanitation.
